This is a rebroadcast of my recent on air interview with Dr. Anna Shouse. The focus of the talk is on a new paradigm of success and how this new perspective influences one's recovery from addiction (and how all of us, in recovery or not, define success). In this brief podcast I provide 4 tips on how to shift our perspective so that we can be successful and maintain our inner peace. Here's a quote from my podcast: "Therefore, I suggest that each of us change our perspective on success from one based on societal objectivity with its comparison to others, to a perspective wherein we strive to obtain success as defined by our values, thereby leading us toward inner peace, happiness and self-worth."

In this podcast I talk about what we can learn from our ancestors who didn't wait for the eternal darkness, rather, they took action and did all they could to tackle their fear and to reverse what they felt was inevitable. I list 5 steps we can take to bring the light back into our lives.
